With the gradual improvement of environmental protection requirements in recent years, the odor (foul odor) of sewage treatment stations in industries such as petrochemical, fertilizer, industrial wastewater, medicine, aquaculture, and municipal sewage treatment has attracted increasing attention. Therefore, the demand for sewage tank covers (including arch covers, FRP arch cover plates, sewage tank gas collection covers, biological deodorization covers, and foul gas collection) is also becoming increasingly strong. With years of experience in environmental protection equipment production and design, we have developed and produced FRP arch cover plates (gas collection hoods) to prevent the overflow of foul gases. In conjunction with subsequent biological filters or other treatment processes, foul gases are treated to meet the standards before being discharged. At the same time, in response to the increasing demand for large-span width sewage treatment stations, a large-span fiberglass gas collection hood has been developed, with a single span size of up to 25m, and a national patent has been applied for.

1. Strong corrosion resistance: This product is made of acid-base and corrosion-resistant resin as the basic material, using excellent curing formula and advanced curing process. Based on the condition and shape of each sewage tank, a specific mold is determined as the external mold for curing and forming.
2. Low cost, long service life: Compared to other sewage tank deodorization schemes, it has low cost, simple installation and construction, and long service life.
3. Lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install: The proportion of FRP arch cover plate is only 1/3 to 1/4 of that of steel products, with high curing degree, heavy load bearing, and high strength. It is suitable for large-span pool bodies, and the cover plate can be divided into several small pieces for easy transportation and installation.
4. Beautiful and anti-aging: The product is made of anti-aging, weather resistant and UV resistant gel coat resin, with smooth and beautiful surface, bright color, and service life of more than 20 years.
5. Low operation and maintenance costs, convenient maintenance: Due to its high corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and no need for regular maintenance like metal products, the cost is significantly reduced. Observation windows are reserved on the gas collection hood and maintenance doors are reserved at the ends, which are convenient for workers to repair and do not affect the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Strong designability: The product size can be flexibly designed according to the specific situation of the pool body on site, and the shape can be made into curved covers, circular covers, flat covers, etc.
